The Client in the chair is the most important person in this Studio. Someone who has to wait will only be frustrated. Someone rushed will be upset forever.

The Client is not dependent upon us; we are dependent upon them.

The Client is not an interruption of our workday; they are the purpose of it.

The Client does us a favor when they come in here; we are not doing them the favor by waiting on them.

The Client is a person who comes to us with ideas and needs; it is our job to fulfill their goals.

The Client deserves the most courteous attention we can give them (unless they are drunk or otherwise being obnoxious).

The Client is NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. The person who started this rumor was a customer, not a business owner. However it is our job to be patient and educate.

Our Clients are the lifeblood of this business. We know the happy clients will tell a few people about their experience here, and the unhappy clients will tell everyone.
